Please note - we have a new parking system in place that now accepts card and cash payments.
On entry please take your ticket as normal.
If you prefer to pay by card (contactless or chip & pin), you can now pay at the exit barrier.
Cash payments can be made at our single pay station on the mall at our Pleasance exit (near Chisholm Hunter) and accepts card payments also.
If you pay at the pay station you only need to insert your ticket on exit if the barriers don't lift automatically.
Help buttons are available on all terminals and in the car park should you need assistance
The car park is locked at 6.30pm each night and 6pm on Sunday, no staff are on site to allow exit after this time. Please ensure your car is removed 10 minutes before the car park is locked off.
The car park can be accessed via Cockburn Street, offering disabled parking bays and parent & child spaces on level 3.
